As per the directives of Government of India under Ease Of Doing Business a central inspection module is developed in state of Chhattisgarh, wherein all the inspecting officers of various dept will be visiting a establishment/factory in defined manner and on a designated day with prior intimation to the establishment/factory.
All these officers will conduct their inspection as per their departmental checklist designed as per respective statues and upload on the respective website which will be displayed on Central Inspection Framework.
The inspection report is uploaded within 24 hour of the completion of inspection and the compliance report sought shall also be received online. Non Complaining Establishment and factories are prosecuted for which a separate prosecution module is in force.
