Composite Inspection Scheme
Objective
This Inspection Scheme aims to achieve the objective of simplifying business regulations
and bring in transparency and accountability in labour inspections. It envisages
objective criteria for selection of units for inspection.
Criteria for Inspections
The factories and establishment to be inspected are chosen randomly by computer in a beginning of month and displayed in the main panel of website and on the dashboard of every inspection officer as well as respective controlling officer. A message too is sent to the Factory and Establishment.
Risk Based Assessment :
The Factory/ establishments will be categorised in High risk, Medium risk & Low risk entities based upon following risk parameters.

Risk Based Inspections by Chhattisgarh Pollution Control Board :
One of the following three logics may be taken into consideration for risk based
inspection by the Joint Planning Group (JPG)/.

are to be determined as notified by the F & E Dept., Govt. of C.G. and amended
from time to time.
- The A category project being large in scale of operation and higher in pollution
potential are subjected to rigorous scrutiny and inspection while category B &
C projects are subjected to less scrutiny and inspection.
- The Board issued circular vide No. 9968 dt. 17.6.2015 for following frequency of
inspection and sampling
