Ans:- It depends on the size of the factory and the compliance level of the Acts and Rules by the management.

Ans:- It will be updated in 24 hours after completion of inspection

Q4. If the management is complying with all provision of the various acts applicable even then inspection will be done?

Ans:- Yes, if yours is a Hazardous factory or is employing more than 250 workers.

Q5. How do we get the inspection report?

Ans:-It will be uploaded on site and shall be visible on your dashboard.

Q6. How do we submit the compliance?

Ans:- Please Login to Single Window with your UserID, Password and UAN and go to inspection module and download the report and start complying, after the completion upload the compliance report through the dashboard.

Q7. After submitting the compliance report how do we know whether it has been accepted or not?
|
|
Ans:- All the compliance must be substantiated with documentary evidence so that there is no further query from the inspecting officer and he will file the inspection report. The filing remark shall be displayed on your dashboard too.
